  • 1 High speed Blender


  • 2 Frozen Bananas, chopped When ripe, peel and cut your bananas for freezing!
  • 1 1/2 cup Frozen Pineapple cubes or sub other frozen fruits as this photo is with strawberry not pineapple
  • 1 cup Kale, de-stemmed or use other greens like chard or spinach
  • 16 oz Coconut water (about 2 cups)
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1 knob Ginger, peeled and chopped


  • Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender, cover lid tightly and blend well until smooth.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
