Cynthia's Smoothie
Our friend Cynthia told us she drank this daily for years and never got sick. Never got sick...We like that story!! Let's have what she's having :-).
Equipment
- 1 High speed Blender
Ingredients
- 2 Frozen Bananas, chopped When ripe, peel and cut your bananas for freezing!
- 1 1/2 cup Frozen Pineapple cubes or sub other frozen fruits as this photo is with strawberry not pineapple
- 1 cup Kale, de-stemmed or use other greens like chard or spinach
- 16 oz Coconut water (about 2 cups)
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 1 knob Ginger, peeled and chopped
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender, cover lid tightly and blend well until smooth.
- Serve and Enjoy!
